These terms govern the use of www.ecogen.co.in and all sales, installation and service transactions with EcoGen Power Solutions, Sy. No. 298/2, Shed B4/Part 3, Road Number 3, IDA Jeedimetla, Hyderabad — 500055, Telangana. By using this website, submitting an enquiry or accepting a quotation, you agree to these terms.

Product specifications, ratings, images and capacities shown on this website are indicative and may change as manufacturers revise their offerings. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer; only a written quotation issued by EcoGen is binding.

Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. Prices are exclusive of GST, freight, unloading, civil work and statutory levies unless expressly included, and are subject to revision if engine, alternator or input costs change materially before order confirmation.

An order is confirmed on receipt of a written purchase order and the agreed advance. Balance payments are due as per the payment schedule in the accepted quotation. Delayed payments may attract interest and may suspend delivery, commissioning or service support. Title in the equipment passes only on receipt of full payment.

Delivery timelines are indicative and confirmed after order confirmation; they may be affected by OEM production schedules and transport conditions. Civil foundation, room ventilation, earthing pits, cabling, exhaust routing, statutory approvals and fuel are the customer's scope unless included in the accepted quotation. Site readiness is the customer's responsibility; standby or repeat visits due to site delays may be charged.

Load surveys and DG sizing are carried out on the basis of information and site conditions shared by the customer. Recommendations assume the declared load profile; EcoGen is not responsible for undersizing or performance shortfalls caused by undisclosed or subsequently added loads.

Diesel generator sets carry the applicable OEM standard warranty from the date of commissioning or the OEM-defined running hours, whichever is earlier. Warranty excludes consumables, filters, batteries, fuel-related damage, improper installation, unauthorised modification, and operation outside rated conditions. Warranty is void where servicing is carried out by unauthorised parties or non-genuine spares are used.

AMC scope, visit frequency, response windows, included spares and consumables are as listed in the executed contract. Breakdown response targets apply during the contract period, within serviceable areas, and are subject to site access and parts availability.

Orders for equipment configured or procured to customer specification may not be cancelled once released to the OEM. Where cancellation is accepted, costs already incurred, including procurement, transport and restocking charges, will be deducted from any refund.

Our liability under any order is limited to the value of the equipment or service supplied. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of production, revenue or data, arising from grid failure, fuel quality, site conditions or events beyond our reasonable control.
